A historical and cultural zone named Shuitingmen, located in the downtown area of Quzhou, East China’s Zhejiang province, officially opens to the public on Sept 1.[Photo provided to ezhejiang.gov.cn]

The new zone features traditional architecture bedecked with more than 30 kinds of flowers, including bougainvilleas, Campsis radicans, lotuses and sunflowers.

The combination of cultural history and vivid flower blossoms has been a roaring success with visitors.
