Neighbors Festival

Neighbors Festival comes around in October each year. The entire city becomes filled with yellow streamers symbolizing prosperity, and Song of the Neighbors will echo throughout communities. Many events take place during the course of the festival, such as door-knocking day, health day, mutual aid day, party day, the community cooking competition, the dumpling banquet and blind date parties.
