A restaurant that doesn't sell rice

Everyone's heard of yellow braised chicken and steamed rice but what about yellow braised chicken and noodles? On Xidoumen Road in Hangzhou, there's a restaurant that has replaced well-known rice dishes with noodles, such as Longjiang pork trotter noodles, and Korean bibim-noodles. The restaurant arose when people living nearby complained about the noise, oil, and smoke from all the rice being fried, and so the menu was altered to center around noodles.
