Tourists are welcome to enjoy an exhibition of hundreds of fine art works on the theme of "Peace, Freedom, Humanism, and Environmental Protection" in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, before Oct 25.
The exhibition has two halls -- the main venue in the Hangzhou Library, and another in the Jiefang Branch of the Qianjiang International Art Museum.
The exhibition invited more than 70 artists from 22 countries, 20 of which are G20 members, including Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, France, Japan, and Korea. The two non-G20 invited countries are Singapore and Egypt.
Artists from everywhere share respect and appreciation for common themes and gather together in a bid to arouse people's awareness through their creations. Their works offer a vision and expectation -- "One World, One Dream".
They inherit their own countries' traditional cultures and assimilate foreign cultures as well. That combination contributes to the value of their work.
