The Fourth Biennial of Chinese Traditional Painting opened at the Zhejiang Art Museum in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, on Dec 28, 2016.
Themed as "upright manners", or "Zheng Da Qi Xiang" in Chinese, the exhibition showcases more than 256 pieces of art created by 41 artists, which reveals the overall artistic accomplishments in Chinese traditional painting.
Since 2011, the Biennial of Chinese Traditional Painting has become the art's largest and most influential biennial event.
The exhibition will last until Feb 17.
