Unique customs of She people in Jingning autonomous county, working scenes of fishermen in island cities like Zhoushan and water activities in ancient towns glitter on the exhibited paintings.

Luo Xianyue, secretary-general of Zhejiang Artists Association, said the artists explore folk culture and special people from bustling cities to remote islands in a bid to unveil the happiness of the people in today's Zhejiang.

The exhibition opened to the public on Sept 12 will last till Oct 8.
