Two police officers from Italy began a patrol mission in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province on July 18.
This is the second time that Italian police has sent officers on duty to China. Over the course of 10 days, they will travel to nine districts and counties of Hangzhou for patrols with local police officers.
Earlier in May, seven police officers from Zhejiang joined their Italian peers in Rome, Milan, Venice and Prato for patrols and to help ensure the public security for people there, especially for overseas Chinese and Chinese tourists in the European country.
