Tonghua culture goes to Taizhou
The Martyrs cemetery of Yang Jingyu, a general leading the Northeast Anti-Japanese Allied Army during China's war of resistance against Japanese aggression, is located in Tonghua, Jilin province. It was named as one of the first national patriotic education bases and national defense education bases, and is home to the air force, rocket force and the original Song and Dance Ensemble of the Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. Dance dramas performing the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression (1931-45) are staged in the theatrical performance “Tonghua Impression” on Oct 23, 2018.
