Quzhou Cai Chuang Park, in Qujiang district in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, has created an innovative industry business park and attracted many top professionals who have brought their talent there.

The park's high-end experts and teams have taken the lead by opening 130 enterprises, recruiting more than 4,000 talents in chemical industry research and development (R&D), and becoming the main production base for electronic chemical materials, hydrofluoric acid, leading domestic products and electric air fluoride products.

To date, 50 projects created by the talents in the park have been thoroughly reviewed by experts, and in mid-July the final project list will be released.
