361 Degrees has become the official sports apparel partner of the Hangzhou Asian Games after it signed a deal with the competitions' organizers on Sunday night.
361 Degrees, one of China's most popular sportswear companies, becomes an official partner for the third consecutive Asian Games, after it first linked up with the Games at the Guangzhou Asian Games in 2010.
"They have a rich history in supporting the Asian Games. We hope they can integrate the concept of 'green', 'intelligent', 'frugality' and 'civilized' into the design," Chen Weiqiang, deputy secretary-general of the Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee (HAGOC) and vice mayor of Hangzhou, said at the signing conference.
Meanwhile, 361 Degrees donated public welfare equipment package to HAGOC at the signing conference, promising to actively participate in the large-scale public welfare campaign of "Looking for the 2022 Asian Games Dream."
Sponsors for the Hangzhou Asian Games are divided into official partners, official sponsors, and official suppliers, according to the HAGOC.
361 Degrees is the eighth highest level sponsor of the Games, the other seven partners are Geely, Alibaba, Alipay, China Telecom, China Mobile, ICBC and Zhejiang Loong Airlines.
