Zhejiang Cultural Design Service Association was founded in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, in early July.

At the event site, representatives of several leading design enterprises shared their insights on cultural design, whole a works exhibition of member units of the association was held simultaneously.

The various design works brought by the member enterprises were rich in variety, and included  a series of cultural creations such as the cartoon image Grandpa Confucius designed by well-known local artist Xu Ming.

"The establishment of the association provides a communication platform for practitioners of cultural design in Zhejiang," said Xu.

"Like Li Ziqi, a Chinese blogger who shot to fame with her short YouTube videos recording her traditional and idyllic lifestyle in China's countryside, the IP (intellectual property) rights of popular food products, integrated into the cultural and creative products of oriental culture, advocate the brand image of a simple poetic life," Xu added.

Zhejiang Cultural Design Service Association is the secondary organization of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Industry Promotion Association. It is an industrial, non-profit social organization composed of 60 cultural design enterprises in Zhejiang. Its design scope radiates creative design, rural cultural, and arts and crafts design.
