The Zhejiang Federation of Trade Unions recently published the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25) on building up the province's workforce in the manufacturing sector.

The plan includes concrete goals for the province to achieve in terms of worker rights protection and workforce upgrades.

By 2025, Zhejiang is set to be home to 11.5 million skilled workers, at least 4 million of whom are highly skilled.
