Numerous scenic attractions in Ningbo in East China's Zhejiang province recently announced that they will gradually resume operations after a short suspension due to the resurgence of the COVID-19 epidemic.

Tianyi Pavilion, Ningbo Wildlife Park and Donghai Banbianshan tourism resort have already reopened their doors to visitors.

The number of visitors to Donghai Banbianshan tourism resort will be capped at half of its maximum capacity. Reservations are also required before entering the resort.

Holders of the one-year membership card to Ningbo Wildlife Park can apply to extend the validity of the card by another nine days.

Visitors must wear face masks and comply with epidemic control measures at the scenic spots.

The Xiangshan Film and Television City in Ningbo’s Xiangshan county will resume services on Dec 24, while scenic spots including Baoguo Temple and Zhejiang Customs Site Museum will remain closed, with the reopening dates yet to be determined.

The city's cultural venues including libraries and cinemas will also stay closed.

All cultural venues had suspended service since the city upgraded its emergency response to the highest level on Dec 7.
