The second session of the 14th Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress opened on Jan 23 in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Yi Lianhong, executive chairman of the presidium of the second session of the 14th Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress.

Wang Hao, governor of Zhejiang province, presented the government's work report during the session.
