The 14th National People's Congress (NPC) will convene its second annual session in Beijing on Mar 5, 2024, while the second session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) will be convened on Mar 4, 2024 in Beijing.

The Hangzhou Asian Para Games in 2023 left a deep impression on Cui Wei. As a CPPCC member, Cui has long been concerned about the protection of cultural heritage.

As the deputy chief director of the opening and closing ceremonies of the Hangzhou Asian Para Games, Cui believes that through these ceremonies, cultural heritage can be presented to the world through art.

This year, Cui plans to make suggestions regarding the development of the animation industry and the protection of agricultural cultural heritage.

"In recent years, the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the CPPCC has been vigorously promoting the construction of simulated student associations. My suggestion on the development of the animation industry was inspired by a high school in Hangzhou, and I hope to give them a voice in Beijing," Cui said.
