For high profile talents in green industry, 120,000 yuan ($17,390) will be rewarded each year, 600,000 yuan will be subsidized for house purchase annually for five years, and 1 million yuan of one-time settling-in allowance will be provided.

For talents and teams with the settlement of world- or China-leading technologies in Quzhou, a minimum of 20 million yuan will be subsidized.

For business incubators which introduce or cultivate high profile talents, a maximum of 1 million will be rewarded.

For new companies which achieve industrialization in Quzhou established by high profile talents, rewards will be provided according to their contributions to local economy.
