A total of nine tourist goods made in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, were included in the list of Zhejiang outstanding tourist goods featuring intangible cultural heritages, according to the Quzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism.
In order to promote integrated development between culture and tourism, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism launched the selection activity in March.
The list contains 100 products in 13 different categories, including carving, metal processing, appliance making, and Chinese herbal medicine processing.
A spokesman for the Quzhou bureau said that to select high quality tourist products of intangible cultural heritages is very helpful in order to protect local intangible cultural heritages and introduce them to more people.
