Four venues including a cultural center, art museum, intangible cultural heritage museum and library at the Quzhou Culture and Art Center and Service Center will open to the public free of charge on Jan 1, 2023, local media reported on Dec 28.

Opening hours:

8:30 am to 5:30 pm (summer)  

8:30 am to 5:00 pm (winter)

Covering an area of 6,376.23 square meters, the Quzhou Cultural Center is equipped with a rehearsal hall, training classroom, piano room, creation training room, multipurpose hall and recording studio.

It will mainly provide free cultural activity venue services to the community, and offer free training, counseling and lectures.
