The Quzhou Library covers an area of 18,951 square meters and is located on the first to fourth floors of Block D of the Quzhou Culture and Art Center and Service Center.

The library is expected to receive more than 1 million visitors annually.

The museum is equipped with modern facilities such as self-service card handling machines, self-service borrowing and returning machines, guided robots, an electronic reading room, and an audio-visual room.
