A mobile job fair was held on board the K210 train from Guangzhou to Ningbo specially prepared on Feb 6 for workers returning Zhejiang.

K210, which passes through Guangdong, Jiangxi and Zhejiang provinces, is among the trains with the largest number of Jiangxi migrant workers returning to Zhejiang after the Spring Festival holiday.

This is the third year in a row that the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and Hangzhou Passenger Section of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co Ltd have held a job fair on the Ningbo-Guangzhou train, aiming to help enterprises in Zhejiang resume operations.

Ten enterprises from Hangzhou, Ningbo, Quzhou, Lishui and other places participated in the job fair, offering 59 types of work and nearly 5,000 positions.

During the job fair, 786 migrant workers came for consultations, and 149 of them showed interest in a job. To solve the legal consultation needs of people signing the agreements, the Hangzhou railway public security office also set up a legal consultation desk.

On the same day, sub-meetings were held on trains from Xi'an, Lanzhou, Chengdu and Chongqing to Hangzhou.
