A groundbreaking ceremony for 15 projects was held on Feb 21 in Quzhou, East China's Zhejiang province.

The 15 projects received a total of 38.5 billion yuan ($5.58 billion) in investment.

With 10.2 billion yuan in investment, Quzhou Jidian New Energy Technology Co Ltd's three-in-one electric drive project will contribute to the development of the new energy automobile industry in Quzhou, further extend the industrial chain, and promote employment and economic development.
