Quzhou cultural enterprises shine at ICIF

The innovative development of the cultural industry in East China's Zhejiang province is being showcased at the 19th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair, which opened in Shenzhen, Guangdong province on June 7 and will run for five days.

Eight cultural enterprises from Quzhou, Zhejiang province, took part in the fair, showcasing Quzhou's unique culture, including weiqi and Southern Confucianism.

Covering an area of 1,353 square meters, the Zhejiang exhibition area focuses on integration and innovation, showcasing the development of the cultural industry in terms of digitalized culture, integration of culture and tourism, major projects, and cultural spaces.

The immersive performance "Immersive Shuitingmen" was also staged at the fair, and Quzhou Lanke Cultural Industry Development Co Ltd brought cultural and creative products themed on weiqi. Cultural products featuring Grandpa Confucius, a cartoon character based on Confucius, were also displayed.

In addition, the China (Yudong) Rural Art Museum, which features Yudong farmer paintings, and Nankong Bookstores, were showcased at the fair as examples of creating cultural spaces for the public.

In the Zhejiang exhibition area, Dongfang Brother, an online influencer, introduced Quzhou to his fans via livestream, attracting more than 300,000 viewers.
