To attract more outstanding young talent, the 2024 "Southern Confucianism Elites" Wuhan-Quzhou Talent Week was held in Wuhan, Hubei province, from Sept 19 to 20.

The event organized over 20 key enterprises, innovation platforms, universities, and public institutions, offering 196 jobs with a total of 772 vacancies. Recruitment presentations and job fairs were conducted at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University, and Wuhan University of Technology.

During the event, 663 students engaged in discussions with various enterprises and institutions from Quzhou, submitting a total of 623 resumes, including 562 from master's and doctoral candidates. A preliminary agreement was reached with 354 candidates.

The Quzhou Talent Week plans to intensify efforts to attract talent, diversify recruitment channels, and comprehensively promote the city's talent ecosystem.
