Young entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe received exclusive policies for them to start a business in Yiwu, East China's Zhejiang province, during their tour from July 4 to 10.
More than 80 young elites from 17 countries participated in the week-long visit featuring friendship and cooperation activities.
They visited Ningbo-Zhoushan Port in Ningbo and International Trade Market in Yiwu.
Committed to building an entrepreneur hub for youth around the world, Yiwu has seized the opportunity to introduce five preferential policies.
These include offering free accommodation for Central and Eastern European entrepreneurs, rental discounts, and other convenience during exhibitions in Yiwu, as well as entrepreneur services such as training for e-commerce skills and one-stop assistance regarding company registration, work permission, and residence approval.
For example, it will take less than a day to register a foreign trade company in Yiwu through these policies.
