The government of Yiwu, a county-level city in East China's Zhejiang province, released a bilingual document (Chinese and English) entitled Walking You through the Benefits of a 2021 Heartwarming Spring Festival in Yiwu, on Jan 24.

The document provides a detailed guide on how non-local workers who have decided to stay in Yiwu rather than return to their hometowns during the upcoming Spring Festival holiday can collect a 500-yuan ($77.4) shopping voucher, a 20-GB data package for mobile phones, and other forms of government-subsidized welfare. It also includes tables of business hours for the city's scenic spots, sports venues, museums, theatres, bank outlets, hospitals, and other living facilities available during the holiday.
