Boisterous scenes of cargo being loaded were seen at all five major logistics industry parks in Yiwu, East China's Zhejiang province, on Feb 23, according to local media reports.

As the Yiwu International Trade Market, the world's largest wholesale market for small commodities, reopened on Feb 20 following the Spring Festival holiday, local logistics companies saw a steady recovery in cargo throughput.

Official data show that all companies in the five major logistics industry parks, namely Qingkou, Futian, Jiangbei Xiazhu, International Landport, and Hongshi, had resumed operations as of Feb 22, handling a total of 10,319.5 metric tons of cargo that day.

Cargo loaded in trucks inside these parks will be transported to factories, department stores, and supermarkets across the country.
