The Liandu district of Lishui city in East China's Zhejiang province and Yiwu – a county-level city administered by Zhejiang's Jinhua city – will move to further help each other out to develop their culture and tourism sectors, according to local media reports.
At the opening ceremony of a culture and tourism festival co-hosted by the two, held in Yiwu on Sept 16, they signed off on several cooperation agreements.
The partners will promote exchanges of their cultural and tourism resources, build a joint marketing network of cultural and tourism products and combine forces to plan and promote a series of high-quality tourism routes.
They will also make use of their competitive advantages to develop cultural and creative products and agricultural products, as well as join hands to hold talent training programs in related sectors.
