The organizing committee of the second "@Beautiful Zhejiang" Global Short Video Contest has received more than 800 entries from across the world since its launch in July.

Among them, about 360 videos have been selected to enter the online voting stage, including nearly 190 that revolve around the two new added sections this year - "100 Years of Memory in My Eyes" and "Outstanding Experiencers as Foreigners".

People are able to vote for their favorite videos on the event's official website from Oct 29 to Nov 7.

The final score for the works will be determined by a combination of the online votes (10 percent weightage) and the scores given by the judges (90 percent weightage).

The award-winning videos will be shown globally and granted access to international film festivals.

The video contest sponsored by the Information Office of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and the Zhejiang Radio & TV Group comes as part of local authorities' broader push to showcase the charm of "Beautiful Zhejiang".
