The Zhejiang Federation of Industry and Commerce published the 2021 Report on Zhejiang Privately-Owned Enterprises' Evaluations of Business Environment on Jan 12.

The report was based on a survey carried out among 10,399 sampled private companies of various sizes in 44 economically advanced county-level regions-counties, county-level cities, and districts-across the province. The companies came from 25 industries including machinery manufacturing, textile and garment, construction, retail, and internet.

Yiwu, a county-level city known as the "world's supermarket", topped all county-level cities for its business environment evaluations shown in the report.
