Yiwu people celebrate Dragon Boat Festival

People in Yiwu, East China's Zhejiang province, celebrated the three-day Dragon Boat Festival holiday on June 3-5.

Most Chinese people eat or make zongzi, or sticky rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat Festival. Also known as Duanwu Festival, the Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional holiday in China. It is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese lunar calendar and fell on June 3 this year.

In addition, as the COVID-19 situation has improved around China, tourism began gradually picking up. Many people chose to hang around and enjoy summer views around the city.
