A total of 51,070 buyers from 101 countries and regions attended the sixth China Yiwu International Hardware and Electrical Appliance Fair at the Yiwu International Expo Center from July 13 to 15, according to local media outlets.
During the three-day fair, deals worth 204 million yuan ($30.2 million) were signed both online and offline, showing strong support for the global trade market of hardware and electrical appliances.
The fair, hosted by Yiwu China Commodity City Exhibition Co, attracted a total of 1,600 standard international booths to the 40,000-sqaure-meter exhibition center. More than 1,200 exhibitors from 15 provinces, cities and regions displayed their products, including hardware tools, construction hardware, electronic appliances, and labor safety supplies.
An exhibition area for labor safety products was set up for the first time as well, displaying products from over 10 enterprises.

The online edition of the fair helped reduce the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic. A series of events, including livestreams by local enterprises in Yiwu, various special matchmaking meetings, and forums attended by global participants discussing the latest industrial trends, made the fair a success for both exhibitors and buyers.
