Yiwu's e-commerce service zone wins national recognition

The E-commerce Service Zone of China Commodity City was recognized by the Ministry of Commerce as a national e-commerce demonstration base with outstanding comprehensive evaluation results in 2022, according to an official announcement on Sept 13.
The zone, located in the Yiwu International Trade Market Area 5, started operating on May 10, 2013.
It is a pilot project for the comprehensive reform of international trade in Yiwu and has been approved as a national e-commerce demonstration base and an e-commerce industry demonstration zone in Zhejiang province. The zone is currently home to 170 enterprises.
In order to better serve enterprises in the zone and the operators of the Yiwu International Trade Market, the park has built public photography studios, shared live broadcast rooms, multimedia training classrooms, maker spaces, Party and mass service centers and other related supporting facilities. It also introduced third-party operations, logistics, photographers, live broadcast agencies, information technology resources, and finance agencies to aid the development of enterprises.
By of the end of August, nearly 8,000 people had been invited to take part in training related to e-commerce and trade, helping improve the comprehensive competitiveness of merchants and the influence of the zone.
