A sharing salon for TikTok cross-border livestreaming was held in Yiwu, a county-level city in Jinhua, Zhejiang province, on Nov 19, local media reported.

The salon aims to help local enterprises in Yiwu expand overseas markets and promote Yiwu's livestreaming industry.

During the salon, invited professionals shared their experiences taking foreign trade orders through livestreaming on TikTok.

One of the professionals involved is Lu Zhi, co-founder of Zhejiang Youhong Technology Co Ltd, who analyzed the status quo and development trends of the oversea consumer market.

In addition, industry experts helped local enterprises solve common problems through case analysis during the interactive session of the salon.

TikTok is a short-video app owned by ByteDance. Since its release globally in 2018, TikTok has seen astronomical growth in just a few years.
