The torch relay for the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou was held in Jinhua on Sept 17, and several torchbearers from Yiwu took part.

The 90th leg of the Asian Games torch relay was carried out by Zhou Xiaoli, hailing from the Yiwu Disabled Persons' Federation Special Education School.

She has dedicated herself to the care and rehabilitation of over 1,870 children with cerebral palsy and autism, with more than 800 of them showing significant improvement. Her outstanding contributions led to her being honored as the "Zhejiang Pride Annual Person" in 2007.

The 166th leg of the Asian Games torch relay featured Zhou Xiaxia, representing the Express Parcel Department of the Yiwu Postal Branch of China Post. Under her leadership, the team achieved a daily average business volume of 2.03 million items throughout the year. During the 11.11 shopping festival in 2022, they processed a record-breaking 4 million items. For their exceptional performance, the team was recognized as a national advanced collective by China Post.
