29th Yiwu Fair attracts over 160,000 professional buyers

The 29th China Yiwu International Commodities (Standards) Fair concluded on October 24, attracting over 160,000 professional buyers.
The exhibition, with the slogan "Gathering Small Commodities, Creating a Big Market, and Achieving New Brilliance," saw 2,400 participating companies and 3,800 international standard booths, and covered an exhibition area of 100,000 square meters. A total of 160,600 professional buyers attended the fair, including 16,500 from overseas.
The fair set up a special area called "AI Changing Business" in the Trade Eco Exhibition Zone. This area focused on showcasing the future direction of Yiwu's small commodity market amid the ongoing wave of AI transformation. Through interactive and futuristic displays, it demonstrated how AI technology empowers the business sector in Yiwu.
The Global New Product Release Event at the second Yiwu Fair saw 68 new products from 19 exhibitors being unveiled for the first time. The event attracted more than 1.21 million online viewers through live streaming.
During the exhibition, two trade negotiation sessions were held specifically for overseas buyers, with 26 representatives from countries including Russia, Pakistan, Cyprus, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, and Uganda in attendance.
An online version of the Yiwu Fair was also held concurrently. Over 1,000 participating companies participated in online promotion and negotiation activities. The online exhibition platform and live streaming channels recorded a total of 15.18 million views and visits.
