Yiwu shines at digital trade expo
Yiwu, the world's capital of small commodities in East China's Zhejiang province, has gained a big name again at the second Global Digital Trade Expo, which opened on Nov 24, as the "Yiwu elements" gathered at the Chinese Pavilion and the Silk Road e-commerce Pavilion, attracted many visitors for photo-taking and consultations.
The exhibition area of the expo consists of a comprehensive pavilion, two featured pavilions for cutting-edge trends and Silk Road e-commerce, and four digital industry pavilions for digital technology, digital services, digital content and smart travel.
The Chinese Pavilion focused on showcasing the major achievements made in the development of China's digital economy and digital trade. Yiwu, as one of the fastest-growing and best-developed cities for e-commerce in Zhejiang and even in China, appeared in the Rapid Development of Digital Trade section of the Chinese Pavilion, showcasing the booming vitality of Yiwu, which is known as the hub of cross-border e-commerce.
