Yiwu's e-commerce turnover reaches 411.52b yuan in 11 months

Yiwu's e-commerce turnover was 411.52 billion yuan ($57.6 billion) from January to November, a 13.97 percent increase from last year. The city's online retail turnover was 229.02 billion yuan, the highest among Zhejiang's administrative areas.
As winter approaches, cold-proof products like hats and scarves are selling well on e-commerce platforms. On Taobao, Yiwu Fanxi E-commerce Co Ltd has received thousands of orders for cold-proof products every day.
In recent years, interest in camping has grown rapidly, and demand for outdoor equipment has soared.
Yiwu Jieen Outdoor Products Co Ltd sells various outdoor products on Taobao and Pinduoduo, such as tents, sleeping bags, canopies, and ice claws. One of their outdoor tents received 10,000 orders.
Li Shuaihui, the business manager of Jieen, said that outdoor products have a lot of potential. This year, they developed new products like military coats and ice claws, increasing their winter sales significantly. They also expanded to cross-border e-commerce, and are confident in Yiwu's business environment, government support, and logistics.
Yiwu e-commerce has been developing rapidly, ranking first on China's list of the top 100 e-commerce counties for many years. The Yiwu market development commission also cultivates new e-commerce formats, cooperates with third-party platforms, and creates a suitable environment for the development of e-commerce in Yiwu.
