SF Express has opened a cross-border service hub for curtain manufacturers in Xucun village, Jiaxing, East China's Zhejiang province, allowing them to access integrated international logistics services.
The Xucun International Branch, a cross-border export platform serving Haining's home textile industry, opened at the Haining Home Textile Market on July 7, marking a new step in SF Express's service model integrating cross-border e-commerce, industrial clusters, and logistics platforms.
Xucun is one of China's major bases for curtain and home textile production, with nearly 10,000 related companies shifting from traditional exports to cross-border e-commerce platforms in recent years.
SF Express began international services in Xucun between 2018 and 2019. After the company selected the curtain industry cluster as a key pilot area in northern Zhejiang in 2023, its international logistics revenue from the area grew rapidly and is expected to approach 100 million yuan ($14.71 million) this year.
The new branch will provide services including international shipping, customs support, and overseas warehouse solutions, while a cross-border export training base, also launched on the opening day, will help local businesses improve their understanding of overseas platforms and compliance requirements.
