Qingtian Economic Development Zone
Qingtian Economic Development Zone was established in 1992 and, with the approval of Zhejiang provincial government, became a provincial economic development zone in 1993.
It has followed a development pattern of "one development zone, 10 parks" after integration and promotion. The 10 industrial parks are Wenxi, Youzhu, Chuanliao, Dongyuan, Gaohu, Haikou, Lakou, Shankou, Huangyang and Zhenbu parks, covering 19.23 square kilometers.
There are four industrial clusters in the Qingtian zone, including a powerful cluster (stainless steel and deep processing industry), a fine cluster (homegrown leading brand shoes and clothing industry), a featured cluster (traditional characteristic industry of stone-carving and molybdenum ore), and a new cluster (strategic emerging industries).
