Lishui Yuyue, founded in 1919, was the first Zhejiang provincial time-honored brand in Lishui. Its main products are wine, sauce and vinegar.
Yuyue's brewing technique dates back to the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127), and has been included in Lishui's intangible cultural heritage list.

Lishui is the only city in China to be ranked in the top 10 for both water and air quality. The ecological advantages of the city make Yuyue's products unique and authentic. Yuyue brewers always have respect for the environment and are devoted to creating healthy ecological products.
Over the past hundred years, several generations in Lishui have grown up eating Yuyue products. It is the indispensable taste in Lishui people's lives.
