The city of Lishui in East China's Zhejiang province will hold its annual Farmer's Harvest Festival in the Liandu district on Sept 22, the Lishui Daily reported recently.

Twenty years ago, Lishui became a prefecture-level city, which ushered in numerous development opportunities. Local officials said its rural areas, agriculture and farmers have witnessed great changes in the two decades.

A photography exhibition showcasing the changes will be held for the first time at the festival site.
