A delegation of 265 companies from Lishui city in East China's Zhejiang province is attending the ongoing China International Import Expo, or CIIE, which wraps up on Nov 10 in the megacity of Shanghai, the Lishui Daily reported.
One of the groups, Zhejiang Zhenbang Industrial Co Ltd, signed an equipment purchase agreement with CIIE exhibitor Andritz on Nov 6, worth $11.7 million.
Officials said it was the first order the Lishui delegation signed at this year's CIIE.
They said the delegation includes not only professional buyers but also cultural businesses which have participated in the CIIE intangible handicrafts and cultural heritage exhibition.
