The ongoing 18th Zhejiang Province Photography Art Exhibition kicked off in Lishui city in East China's Zhejiang province on Nov 14, according to local media reports.

More than 1,000 photographers and enthusiasts attended the event.

Yong He, vice chairman of the China Photographers Association, delivered a speech, calling for more outstanding works with Zhejiang characteristics to be created.

The one-month exhibition will include various activities including displays of photography, lectures and experience-sharing sessions.
