Lishui Ultramarathon set to take place in November

The 2021 Lishui Ultramarathon will take place in Lishui, East China's Zhejiang province on Nov 21, according to local media reports.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual event was suspended last year. This year, it will be held in the autumn.
With the Oujiang River greenway as a section of the marathon route, runners can breathe in the fresh air, embrace nature, as well as enjoy the idyllic experience in Lishui, a city known for its good ecological environment.
An ultramarathon, also called ultra-distance or ultra-running, is any footrace longer than the traditional marathon length of 42.195 kilometers.
Lishui Ultramarathon is the first 50-kilometer urban marathon in China. Since it was first staged in 2016, the event has attracted thousands of participants and viewers from home and abroad.
