Lishui hooks up with Hubei University for HR exchange

Lishui city – in East China's Zhejiang province – signed a framework agreement with Hubei University on April 10 for a new recruitment drive for its graduates and staff exchange program.

It's reportedly the 40th university to have signed such an agreement with the city.

Under the agreement, the two sides will work to hire university graduates, jointly build research institutions, set up mobile stations at companies to jointly train post-doctorate alumni and invite Lishui city company experts to give talks at the university.

Hou Yong, deputy Party secretary of Hubei University, attended the signing ceremony and said that Lishui was committed to accelerating the development of its semiconductors, precision manufacturing, health and medicine, fashion and digital economy industries – which all had relevant majors and national and provincial key laboratories at Hubei University.

He also expressed the hope that partners could boost their in talent exchanges and technology support, for sustainable and win-win results.

Hubei University, founded in 1931, is a provincial key comprehensive university jointly established by the Hubei Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education.

It has more than 7,000 students studying various degrees this year.
