Longquan – a county-level city administered by Lishui in East China's Zhejiang province – recently cemented a deal to build a production plant for Li Shui Spring, a high-end mineral water brand from Lishui city.

The project was signed between the Lishui City Investment Company and the local Longquan government.

The two sides plan to build the factory in Longquan's Chatian town for 300 million yuan ($46.7 million). The plant will produce an estimated 600,000 tons of mineral water a year.
