Five Red Tourism routes
Tourism authorities across the Yangtze River Delta region-consisting of the provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, plus Shanghai-recently endorsed 20 Red Tourism travel routes in the region.
Five of the routes pass mainly through places in Zhejiang. They are as follows:
Route 1:
The Memorial for the Site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China (Shanghai); The Memorial Hall of the Revolution at Nanhu Lake (Jiaxing); The Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu city (Hangzhou); The Memorial Hall of China's Constitution in 1954 (Hangzhou)
Route 2:
The Memorial Hall of the Revolution at Nanhu Lake (Jiaxing); Hangzhou Bay Bridge; Haitian Yizhou Scenic Area (Ningbo); The Siming Mountain Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery (Ningbo); Zhengmeng School (Ningbo); The Old Site of the East Zhejiang Base for Resistance Against Japanese Aggression (Ningbo); Hengkantou village in Lianglong town (Ningbo)
Route 3:
The "Two Mountains" Scenic Area in Anji county (Huzhou); Lujia village, Anji county (Huzhou); Mulianwu and Mantangli villages, Anji county (Huzhou); The Moganshan International Tourist Resort (Huzhou); Xiajiang village and Qiandao Lake in Chun'an county (Hangzhou); Jinxing village, Kaihua county (Quzhou)
Route 4:
The Tingpang Red Culture Education Base in Sanmen county (Taizhou); Yijiangshan Island and Dachen Island (Taizhou); The Old Site of Pingyang Revolutionary Base (Wenzhou); The Memorial Hall of the Pioneering Women's Militia in Dongtou district (Wenzhou)
Route 5:
Chen Wangdao's former residence (Jinhua); Yiwu International Trade Market (Jinhua); The Hengdian World Studios (Jinhua); The Memorial Hall of the Southwest Zhejiang Revolutionary Base (Lishui); The Andaihou Southwest Zhejiang Revolutionary Base in Songyang county (Lishui); Wangcunkou town in Suichang county (Lishui)
