In pics: Ancient firs bloom in Lishui's Baishanzu park

The species of ancient firs called Abies Beshanzuensis – also known as the Baishanzu Fir – is only to be found in the Baishanzu National Park area in Lishui city in East China's Zhejiang province. Recently they went into full bloom, delighting visitors. [Photo/qynews.zjol.com.cn]


The yellow spicate flowers of the Baishanzu Fir can currently be seen in the Baishanzu National Park. With only three native trees remaining, the Baishanzu Fir is under national key protection. [Photo/qynews.zjol.com.cn]
