The Lishui News Media Center (Media Group) was officially launched on Jan 19, marking a key step in the in-depth integration and development of the media in the city, which is located in East China's Zhejiang province.

The facility will merge the resources of the former Lishui Daily Newspaper Media Group and Lishui Radio and Television Group.

By integrating their resources, integrating their services and aggregating their users, it is expected to create a new mainstream media that combines public opinion, comprehensive service platforms and authoritative information channels.

Plans are for the media center to deepen the local news information resources in Lishui.

It will vividly record industry and life in the city, fully reflect grassroots innovation and creation there and actively respond to the concerns of the public, according to an official.
