Lishui city in East China's Zhejiang province recently completed the construction of the Lishui Water Sports Center – a world-class, comprehensive sports and commercial complex covering 7.8 hectares – with a total investment of 676 million yuan ($99.2 million).

The state-of-the-art facility boasts top-of-the-line sports amenities. These include basketball hall, gymnasium, swimming pool, badminton hall, fencing hall and training rooms for athletes.

The commercial facilities, which cover over 10,000 square meters, offer leisure and catering services – with an hotel, cinema, supermarket and a parking lot – aiming to provide a memorable experience for visitors.

According to officials, this landmark project will serve as a fundamental pillar for Lishui's ambitious goal to become a national-level water sports center.

It is set to provide convenient access to high-quality services and facilities for nearby residents, enriching their daily lives.
